We aim to fulfil your order quickly and efficiently; all orders are shipped via international courier (DHL).

The time frame for order delivery is as follows:

  • Processing time: Order verification, processing, quality check and packaging takes 2 business days.
  • Shipping time: International delivery usually takes about 5-7 business days. Domestic delivery takes 3 Business days.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are determined by destination and weight, and will be computed at the time of purchase.

The Ladymaker ships to over 100 countries worldwide via DHL, with the amount paid fully inclusive of delivery to the specified international delivery address. However, certain countries may charge additional duties, taxes or custom fees, which must be paid by the customer. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment.

RETURNS

International sales are final and cannot be returned. Sale merchandise is a final sale and cannot be returned. Please crosscheck your measurements with our size guide to ensure a right fit, and contact us for any clarification before ordering.

For items delivered within Nigeria, we will gladly accept your return of unworn or unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date delivered on full price merchandise only. Please contact us at info@theladymaker.comor Tel +2348033356894 for return instructions. Refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.

All returned merchandise should include the original tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, there may be instances when an item is no longer available. Once an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that this e-mail does not guarantee the availability of the products you selected for purchase. Once stock has been allocated for your order and shipping is processed, you will receive a separate e-mail to inform you that your package has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number. Continue to refer to the DHL website for progress on your delivery.

ORDER CHANGES /CANCELLATIONS

In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we fill orders immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort to accommodate your change request; however, once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.
